- Tickets must be pre-purchased on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers website, they will not be available at piers.
- Tickets must be purchased online in advance. Tickets are valid for the Valenthames cruise on 14 February 2024 at 18:15, and are not valid on any other Uber Boat by Thames Clippers regular services.
- Valenthames is a special charter service and not part of our regular services; River Roamer, single, return, season tickets, carnets or any other tickets valid for our regular services are not valid for this sailing.
- There are no concessionary rates for Valenthames.
- Must be 18 or older to purchase tickets and attend.
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to be at Canary Wharf Pier at least 15 minutes before departure as there will be no refund or exchange if the boat is missed.
- All travel is subject to our Conditions of Carriage
