From Monday 15 July, River Roamer tickets, the unlimited all-day ticket to travel across all our piers between Putney and Barking Riverside, are being renamed Hop-on Hop-off! At the same time we are introducing advanced purchase, for cheaper tickets, as well as a Hop-on Hop-off ticket valid for 2 days bringing even more value and flexibility to our most popular ticket.

We are introducing a free and interactive digital map that will help you plan your day out along the Thames from landmarks, to entertainment, culture, shopping and food.
As well as London’s internationally famous highlights such as the UK Parliament and Big Ben, Tower Bridge, Greenwich and Battersea Power Station, our River Guide will also feature hidden gems meaning Londoners themselves could discover their new favourite riverside spot.

- Hop-on Hop-off tickets entitle the user to all-day travel across Uber Boat by Thames Clippers timetabled services between Putney and Barking Riverside (All Zones).
- Hop-on Hop-off tickets are valid for either one or two calendar days depending on the ticket purchased.
- Hop-on Hop-off (1 Day) and (2 Days) tickets are restricted to the date of travel but can be exchanged up to 72 hours before this date by contacting Uber Boat by Thames Clippers customer service.
- Hop-on Hop off (1 Day) tickets are available for purchase online, on the Thames Clippers and Uber apps and directly at piers at ticket offices or self-service kiosks.
- Hop-on Hop-off (2 Day) tickets are only available for purchase online.
- The advanced purchase offer can only be used to buy Hop-on Hop-off (1 Day) tickets online. Tickets purchased using this offer are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Passengers purchasing a concession ticket must present a Freedom Pass, 60+ Oyster card or UK regional senior bus pass when boarding - doesn't apply to people with disabilities.
- A family ticket is valid for 2 adults and up to 3 children. A child is between the age of 5 and 15, 4s and under travel free.
