- Hop-on Hop-off tickets entitle the user to all-day travel across Uber Boat by Thames Clippers timetabled services between Putney and Barking Riverside (All Zones).
- Hop-on Hop-off tickets are valid for either one or two calendar days depending on the ticket purchased.
- Hop-on Hop-off (1 Day) and (2 Days) tickets are restricted to the date of travel but can be exchanged up to 72 hours before this date by contacting Uber Boat by Thames Clippers customer service.
- Hop-on Hop off (1 Day) tickets are available for purchase online, on the Thames Clippers and Uber apps and directly at piers at ticket offices or self-service kiosks.
- Hop-on Hop-off (2 Day) tickets are only available for purchase online.
- The advanced purchase offer can only be used to buy Hop-on Hop-off (1 Day) tickets online. Tickets purchased using this offer are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Passengers purchasing a concession ticket must present a Freedom Pass, 60+ Oyster photocard, or UK Veterans photocard when boarding - doesn't apply to people with disabilities.
- A family ticket is valid for 2 adults and up to 3 children. A child is between the age of 5 and 15, 4s and under travel free.
