For the first time, Tate Britain's latest exhibition, Hogarth and Europe, brings many of William Hogarth's greatest, wittiest and most satirical paintings and prints, together with the works of his peers across the continent.
The works of European painters shared similar themes that crossed borders in the mid-1700s, as the independence artists were gaining from the church, state and aristocracy enabled them to comment, critique and ridicule more freely.
Thanks to our friends at Tate, we're offering you the chance to win two tickets to Tate Britain's exhibition, plus a Hogarth-inspired light lunch and River Roamer tickets so you can sail to and from the gallery via Millbank Pier!

The Light Lunch is available in Tate Britain's Djanogly Café from 12:00 – 16:00 every day. The menu includes seasonal roast butternut, red onion and leek tart, served with leaf salad and tomato chutney or Wookey Hole cave-aged Cheddar, real ale chutney oatcakes.
The food is served with a choice of soft drink or Hogarth Golden Ale; a London-style Ale inspired by the artist, brewed in collaboration with independent London craft brewery Anspach & Hobday. Hogarth Golden Ale combines a traditional English bitter with modern German hops - Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon. The lightly kilned malts and flaked oats give a delicately sweet, soft body, while the hops add aromas of apricot, white grapes and elderflower.
