- Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to make a reservation for Afternoon Tea. The person accompanying you can be younger than 18.
- Advance Booking: All bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- Booking Validity: The booking is only valid for the date and time stated on the ticket.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will not be accepted.
- Menu Selections: Once your booking is confirmed, the sandwich option selected cannot be changed on the day of your reservation. Soft drink alternative available on the day.
